Job summary

Cosm in Philadelphia seeks a Construction Foreman to lead field-based installation of projection domes and LED CX-Display projects at client sites worldwide. You will own safety, schedule, and budget, directing crews and coordinating with GC and trades.

The role requires hands-on supervision, daily planning, coaching, and strong communication. Travel 80–100%; must pass background checks; OSHA 10 with OSHA 30 within 6 months; valid driver’s license and US passport.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• Experience coordinating GC, subcontractors, and trades.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and installation docs.
• Effective people management, delegation, coaching, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel 80-100% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance on all installations.
• Manage full scope from mobilization to final acceptance.
• Coordinate site access, sequencing, and logistics with the GC schedule.
• Lead daily planning, visual management, and team coaching.
• Prepare timesheets and assess crew performance.
• Procure materials and manage on-site budget and expenditures.
