Job summary

Walmart seeks a skilled HVAC/R Technician to install, configure, and service commercial refrigeration systems and building controls at various Walmart facilities. You will conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

You’ll lead or mentor technicians and coordinate with managers for efficient service delivery. This on-site role requires drilling into ductwork, direct digital controls, and energy management systems while

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification or equivalent experience.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification.
• Experience with building controls and direct digital controls.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC and refrigeration systems and related components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead field teams and mentor apprentices/technicians.
• Coordinate with managers and external service providers.
