Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Field Lead to supervise participants in employment programs, ensuring safety, training, and site logistics. The role collaborates with Supervisory Field Lead, Directors, Case Managers, and Employment Specialists to coordinate transportation, meals, and equipment.

The position involves providing trauma‑informed coaching, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication are required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured; clean driving record.
• Two years’ experience with justice‑involved populations preferred.
• Crisis intervention, trauma‑informed care, and supports for poverty/homelessness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and outdoors; Colorado weather noted in duties.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with participants and understand barriers caused by disability, justice involvement, poverty, or homelessness.
• Use trauma‑informed practices to connect participants to resources.
• Supervise all job‑site activities: safety, training, asset management, supplies, and communication.
• Perform tasks alongside participants with line‑of‑sight supervision.
• Transport participants to work locations and return them at day’s end.
• Provide job‑readiness coaching for on‑site employment opportunities.
• Maintain progress notes and service data in the client database daily.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Attend staff and community meetings.
• Perform other duties, including job‑site coverage as assigned.
