Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations or related industries with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple field teams across concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, field operations, subcontractors, logistics, and on-site budgets.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain within specified timeframe).
• Willingness to travel weekly and occasionally nationwide to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and oversee daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity and meet milestones.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and site policies.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and materials to optimize performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Ensure operations align with Exodigo methodologies, processes, and platforms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
