Job summary

ServiceSource in Colorado is seeking a Field Lead to supervise job-site activities for participants in our employment programs. You will ensure safety, coordinate transportation, food, and equipment, and train workers with a trauma-informed approach.

You will also provide job-readiness coaching, keep progress notes, and collaborate with case managers and program staff to support participants in achieving employment. Competitive hourly wage and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance eligibility.
• Experience with trauma-informed practices is preferred.
• Experience with justice-involved individuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all job-site activities and training for participants.
• Coordinate site logistics: transport, food, equipment and supplies.
• Provide job-readiness coaching and maintain daily service data.
• Maintain safety, report accidents and manage assets on site.
