Bc Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.

As part of onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you, and you will handle warranty service parts provided by manufacturers. The role is contract-based with ticket-driven pay and weekly payouts.

Formación

• Experience working with laptop and desktop hardware
• Comfort with warranty service environments
• Ability to diagnose hardware issues quickly

Responsabilidades

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops
• Coordinate onsite visits and confirm windows with customers
• Log tickets and update status in the tech portal by 9 am each workday
