Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops. Onboarding includes free Dell and Lenovo certifications. The role is a 1099 contract with pay per ticket, typically 2–5 calls per day, and weekly pay on Fridays.

You must have reliable transportation and access to a computer and internet to log into your portal. Responsibilities include performing warranty part replacements for Dell and Lenovo, logging into the tech portal

Qualifications

• Experience with laptop and desktop hardware repairs.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and installations.
• Onboarding includes Dell and Lenovo certifications provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Complete hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into portal daily and map out calls; coordinate with customers for onsite visits.
• Coordinate parts pickup/shipping as needed; follow ticket-based workflow.
