Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician in Show Low, AZ to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops for warranty services.

The contract role pays per ticket with typical 2–5 calls daily and weekly pay every Friday. Certifications in Dell and Lenovo are provided at no cost, and technicians must have reliable transportation and access to a computer and internet to log into the portal and schedule visits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites.
• Must have access to a computer and internet to log into the portal.
• Ability to accept, code and map calls in the tech portal by 9 am each workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Complete installations and hardware repairs on laptops and desktops.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule onsite visits and confirm service windows.
