Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician in Middleburg Heights, OH to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. Onboarding includes free Dell and Lenovo certifications. This 1099 contract role pays per ticket and requires reliable transportation and portal access to log tickets.

You will replace parts for warranty services and coordinate onsite visits with customers, with parts shipped via FedEx and paid weekly.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Onboarding includes Dell and Lenovo certifications provided at no cost.
• Contract position with pay by completed tickets.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.
• Replace hardware parts for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the tech portal and accept/update tickets by 9 am daily.
• Coordinate onsite visits with customers and schedule windows.
• Parts are provided; shipments and returns managed with FedEx.
