Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. You will perform OS installations, diagnostics, and structured cabling on diverse job sites, from retail to healthcare.

You must thrive in field work and be comfortable with travel and on-call duties. Ideal candidates have 1 year of IT/telecom experience and hold or are pursuing A+ or Network+ certifications, or have 5+ years of verifiable field experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT/Telecom experience.
• A+ or Network+ certification required; OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in IT/Telecom.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• On-call availability 24/7 is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
