Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond typical helpdesk work, involving OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and cabling across customer sites.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining a high standard of professionalism with clients and being ready to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Own a standard IT and networking toolset.
• On-call availability and flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
