AMG Tech Support seeks skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. You will perform OS installs, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work across diverse sites. Expect on-call responsibilities within your territory and professional client interactions.

The role requires reliable transportation, tools, and the ability to work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings. Opportunities for advancement and travel pay are included.

Qualifications

• OS installation, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling: drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work: punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.
• On-call 24/7 availability across your territory.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of technical tasks including OS installs, diagnostics, and setup.
• Conduct structured cabling across sites and terminate cabling.
• Work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain high professionalism with clients and respond to service requests quickly.
