AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base. This field role goes beyond the helpdesk, with OS installs, cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse environments.

You'll be on-site, on-call, and travel within your territory. A minimum of 1 year IT/Telecom experience and a reliable vehicle are required; benefits include flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience required.
• Experience in field service and on-site support is a plus.
• Ability to work across various environments and settings.

Responsabilités

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, running and dressing cables, drilling as needed.
• Telecom tasks including punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Travel to diverse environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
