Job summary

AMG is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base across diverse sites. You will perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup, while handling structured cabling and telecom tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in IT/Telecom, with A+, Network+ or 5+ years field experience, plus a reliable vehicle and basic IT tools. On-call availability and professional client interaction are required.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience (a strong plus).
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of the following: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of technical tasks including but not limited to OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on-call and respond to service requests within your territory.
