Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians for nationwide client support. This role involves hands-on tasks beyond a desk, including OS installs, hardware checks, cabling, and telecom work.

You will travel to client sites, spanning retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, while maintaining high professionalism and prompt responses to service requests. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in IT/Telecom, with A+/Network+ or 5+ years of field experience, and hold

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience required.
• One of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years verifiable field exp in I.T./Telecom.
• On-call availability and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling and telecommunications work (drilling, cabling, etc.).
• Travel within territory; service various environments (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate).
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call for requests.
