AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across diverse environments.

You will work independently, be on call, and travel within your territory. A reliable vehicle and standard IT tools are required, along with at least 1 year of IT/Telecom experience or relevant certifications.

Formación

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Standard set of tools for IT and networking tasks (screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers).

Responsabilidades

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, drilling and dressing cables.
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
