Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field IT/telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond desk work, including OS installs, hardware checks, cabling, and telecom tasks in diverse sites.

You’ll work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments. On-call availability and a strong client-facing approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting PCs and printers in varied settings.
• Minimum 1 year in IT or telecom tech support.
• A+ or Network+ certification preferred or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Execute structured cabling tasks and basic telecom work.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be available on-call within territory.
