AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base in hands-on IT and telecom tasks. You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, and set up software, while also performing structured cabling and telecom work across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT/Telecom experience.
• One of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years verifiable field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
