Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup in diverse environments.

You will perform structured cabling, telecom work, and on-site support across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites, while staying on-call and maintaining professionalism with clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, or five years of verifiable field experience
• Hands-on experience with OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Familiarity with structured cabling and basic telecom tasks is preferred

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables) and telecom tasks (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within the territory.
