Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base in field environments. The role goes beyond desk work, involving OS installations, cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse sites.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness. On-call availability in your territory is expected, with opportunities for advancement and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience and one of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years verifiable field experience.
• Own reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
