Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on I.T. or Telecom technicians to support our national client base across the United States.

The role goes beyond typical helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work at various sites. You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, staying professional with clients and being on call for service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of I.T./Telecom experience is required.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and tools for basic I.T. tasks.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables) and telecom work.
• Provide work across multiple environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
