Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work across varied job sites.

You’ll work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintain a high level of professionalism, be on call for service requests within your territory, and enjoy on-site hourly pay, travel pay, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience with one of the listed certifications or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.
• A+ or Network+ certification recommended as proof of knowledge.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and on-site problem solving required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
