Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base with hands-on IT and telecom work. You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, and set up software, while also performing structured cabling, drilling, and telecom tasks across buildings.

If you thrive in the field and enjoy varied on-site work, this opportunity is for you. You will work across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, often traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT/Telecom experience is required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• On-call availability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, including drilling, running, and cable dressing.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be responsive to service requests.
