AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks—one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you’re drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block.

If you thrive in the field and love variety, this opportunity is for you. You will travel within your territory, work independently, and be on call to respond to service

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a standard set of IT tools (screwdrivers, testers, crimpers)
• Laptop with Ethernet port
• Smartphone with mobile hotspot
• On-call availability 24/7 is a strong advantage
• Punctual, courteous, and presentable

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling, including drilling, running, and dressing cables
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions)
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain professionalism with clients
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory
