Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, with field work across entire buildings and varied tasks.

If you thrive in the field and enjoy multi-site projects, this opportunity is for you. You will install OS, diagnose hardware, set up software, and perform structured cabling in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience, and one of A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
