AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on I.T. or Telecom technicians to support our national client base with diverse field tasks.

You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, set up software, and perform structured cabling across large buildings, including drilling and terminating cables. This role thrives in the field, offering on-site, varied work across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, with an emphasis on reliability, flexibility, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience in I.T./Telecom environments.
• Ability to install OS, diagnose hardware, and set up software.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple site types (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate).

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across various environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
