Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base with field deployments and service calls. You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, and handle structured cabling across buildings.

This role requires independent work across diverse environments, with on-site presence and on-call responsiveness in your territory. Experience in IT/Telecom is essential, along with relevant certifications or equivalent field experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of I.T. or Telecom field experience required.
• One certification or equivalent experience: A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling activities including drilling, running and dressing cables.
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
