Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and field cabling across multiple buildings.

You will work independently, covering diverse environments from retail to medical facilities, with on-call responsibilities and professional client interaction. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience required.
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.
• Ability to work on-site in various environments and handle field tasks.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling: drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work: punch-downs, demarc extensions.
• Work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings.
• Be on-call and respond to service requests within territory.
