Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks—one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you're drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block.

You will work independently across environments including retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate, and be on call for service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
