Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support a growing national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across diverse environments such as retail, medical, and corporate.

You will be on call, travel within an approximate 80-mile radius from home, and use company tools to track time and travel. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience, with either A+ or Network+ certification, or 5+ years of field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
