Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians for field installations and service across our national client base. You may install operating systems, perform hardware diagnostics, and set up software while drilling and dressing structured cabling across buildings.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of IT/Telecom experience with one of the listed certifications or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on-call and responsive within territory.
