Job summary

KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking an IT Technician to travel between sites, diagnose and fix IT issues, and keep computers, printers, and hardware running smoothly across departments.

Responsibilities include responding to support tickets, supporting mobile/IOS devices, and assisting with internet service installations. A flexible schedule is required to cover emergencies and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support ticket submissions in a timely manner.
• Ensure computers, printers, and hardware are functioning across departments and locations.
• Support and address mobile/IOS devices promptly.
• Oversee installation of internet and other tech services at locations as needed.
• Collaborate with management to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain flexible availability for emergencies (internet outages, terminals, etc.).
