Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel solo in a company vehicle to address IT issues at multiple locations.
• Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
• Ensure computers, printers, and hardware function effectively across departments.
• Support and address mobile/IOS devices promptly.
• Oversee installation of internet and other services at locations as needed.
• Collaborate with management to troubleshoot issues.
• Remain flexible for emergencies (internet outages, payment terminals, etc.).
