Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions in hardware and software to maintain operations.
• Coordinate with the IT Help Desk and IT Manager.
• Troubleshoot IT issues for office staff and field personnel.
• Travel to job sites to install time clocks, networking gear, and cameras.
• Open, track, and resolve tickets in Saulsbury's system.
• Maintain priority levels and response times for Help Desk tickets.
