Apex Southeast is seeking an Entry-Level IT Technician to support our growing Florida footprint from Orlando, with statewide travel. You will ensure end users have functioning hardware, software, and network connectivity, delivering responsive, customer-focused IT support.

The role requires flexibility, travel across Florida, and a strong service mindset to support acquisitions and new site launches in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum IT support experience or help desk experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and common business software.
• Willingness to travel statewide and support multiple Florida sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support across Florida locations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and cabling; document issues in ticketing system.
