Monitors and supports IT systems infrastructures.
Conducts moderately complex analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating IT tools.
Responds to user requests for system needs and upgrades or complex requests.
Troubleshoots and resolves problems with minimal supervision.
Implements standards for computer operations for hardware/software compatibility.
Administers and maintains operating systems and related software.
Schedules, performs, and monitors backups and data recoveries.
Performs root cause analysis, diagnostics, and monitoring of production systems.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements efficiencies.
Creates and maintains relevant systems documentation and user guides.
Engages in planning and designing new platforms and integrating new technologies.
Conducts cost analysis of new platforms and technologies.
Creates recovery plans to reduce downtime.
Reviews problem management actions.
Applies scripting to automate tasks.
