Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Servers, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and digital workspace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure across multiple disciplines.
• Conduct planning, design, and evaluation of IT tools and systems.
• Back up responses to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Apply scripting to automate related tasks.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Plan and design new platforms and integrate emerging technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Perform cost analysis of new platforms and technologies.
