Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is looking for a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States. The role involves hardware-focused, break fix services on various client products and travel to client locations as needed.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, server experience is a MUST, and a basic repair toolkit. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; Dell/Lenovo certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Server experience is a MUST.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit and have reliable transportation with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
