Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves performing hardware break-fix services on multiple client products and reporting to the Territory Supervisor.

Candidates must troubleshoot and resolve issues per established guidelines and complete related admin duties. The position requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and a basic repair toolkit.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own a basic repair tool kit and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
