Job summary

CompucomStaffing seeks a Field Technician to provide end-user on-site support across multiple states. You will diagnose, install, repair printers and POS systems, and deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone. Strong hardware/software knowledge and a reliable transportation are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epson print systems is a plus.
• Experience repairing laser and wide format printers.
• Electromechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Maintain a clean workspace during and after repair.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems
