Job summary
CompucomStaffing in Fargo, ND is seeking a Field Technician to join our client team and provide end-user support. You will be the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues, including printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing equipment, collaborating with Level II or Lead Technicians, delivering clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone, and maintaining accurate
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, kiosks, and POS systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
