Regions is seeking a Technology Field Services Technician to configure, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, printers, networks, and telecommunications systems used to support all associates.

This onsite role requires strong troubleshooting, inventory management, and collaboration with facilities and business units. Based in Ridgeland, MS, it emphasizes cybersecurity and risk-compliant support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six years of experience with computers, printers, network hardware, software, firmware, and OS.
• Ability to image/deploy, repair, or support apps in Mac environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold a valid driver's license.
• Onsite 5 days a week in Ridgeland, MS; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware, software, printers, scanners, and end-user peripherals.
• Diagnose and remediate hardware and software issues in the computing environment.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and returns with manufacturers.
• Support core network infrastructure including switches, routers, and cabling.
• Document tickets in IT ticketing systems and track asset inventory.
• Provide training and technical assistance to users and projects.
