Job summary

Gr8ttek is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware‑focused, break‑fix services and solutions on various client products.

Candidates must possess the ability to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities, and may require the exercise of moderately complex analytical skills and to make decisions based on established department and company

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties as needed to meet business needs.
• Provide functional guidance to colleagues.
• Provide customer break‑fix support for designated equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
