Job summary

Gr8ttek in California is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused breakdown fixes and fault diagnosis on client products, traveling to client sites as needed and applying established guidelines to troubleshoot and repair efficiently.

The role requires good communication, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle a variety of calls with independent decision making.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant field service experience.
• Own a basic repair toolkit.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Accept and manage all assigned service calls.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
• Other duties as needed to meet business demands.
