Job summary

CompuCom is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site IT support for a national retail client. You will troubleshoot issues, repair hardware, and document work while traveling between locations in a company vehicle.

The role requires self-motivation, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently. Applicants must have CompTIA A+, a valid driver’s license, and 1 year of field service or IT support experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year field service experience or 1 year IT technical support experience.
• CompTIA A+ required.
• Driver's license required.
• 1 year computer hardware experience required.
• 1 year networking experience preferred.
• Net+ CompTIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support at client locations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolutions.
• Manage assigned projects and close tickets daily.
• Communicate with leadership and customers in a professional manner.
