Job summary

The-Proactive-Technology-Group is seeking a Field Technician based in Midtown Manhattan to service client sites across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, with occasional travel to Greenvale, NY. You will spend about 50% in the field delivering in-person IT support and assisting with deployments.

You will use IT Glue, Halo PSA, and Ninja RMM to document work, manage tickets, and remotely support endpoints. Travel to client sites and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/M365 environments.
• Ability to work independently in the field across NYC areas.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 IT support.
• Travel to client sites across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn; occasional Greenvale travel.
• Assist with workstation setups, onboarding/offboarding, and hardware replacements.
