Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Idaho. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services at client sites, requiring you to troubleshoot and repair equipment following established guidelines.

You will provide clear written and verbal communications, manage service calls, and assist with asset control and administration. Dell/Lenovo certification training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant field service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
