Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services at client sites, reporting to the Territory Supervisor.

The role involves troubleshooting, asset control, and completing service-call administration while adhering to company guidelines. This position requires a technical mindset, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
