Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Sioux Falls. The role involves hardware break-fix services at client sites, strong troubleshooting, and adherence to company guidelines.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will perform service calls and manage documentation with attention to asset control. You will help deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and travel to client locations

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Own a basic repair tool kit and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to drive to client locations and provide break-fix support.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
