Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services and troubleshoot client products at various locations, following established guidelines.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a technical certification or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. Dell/Lenovo certs training is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Accept and manage all assigned service calls.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
